You can use Uniflow web printing to print from a campus computer or by using your own laptop or other mobile device!  To get started, follow the steps below:

1. Visit rsu.us.uniflowonline.com and select Continue with Rogers State University:

2. Log in with your RSU login.

A grey "Back" button and a blue "Next" button appear near the bottom of the window.     Screenshot of Microsoft login window displaying the Enter password field. The example password is hidden by a string of asterisk symbols. A blue "sign in" button appears near the bottom of the window.

3. Once Uniflow loads, you will see your Dashboard.  Locate the PIN field in the right-hand column within the Identities section.  Your PIN will be hidden by default.  Hover your mouse over the PIN line to reveal the three dots at the right of the line.  Then click on the three dots to reveal your PIN code.  This code is unique to your account and will be used to log into the printer to release your print jobs once you've uploaded them.

There are three main boxes visible, denoted by dark backgrounds with white text, and they are Notifications, Identities, and My Queue. Under the Identification box at the top right of the site, the line for PIN has been boxed in red, and the three dots at the end of this line have a red emphasis arrow pointing at them.

4. To upload a file for printing, select the "Start Printing" tab in the left-hand menu.  Then, in this new tab, you will see a "Send file via drag and drop" box.  You may drag and drop your file(s) here to be sent to the printer, or you can select the "Browse" link to upload the file(s).  A message will appear stating "File Uploaded Successfully."

Note: to print documents from Blackboard, you must first download the file. Once downloaded, it can be uploaded here from your Downloads folder.

These are "Send file via drag and drop," "send file via email," "Install printer driver," "install mobile app," and "install Chrome extension." The first section for "Send file via drag and drop" has a red arrow pointing to a "Browse" link to emphasize where to click to browse to upload files.

5. To confirm successful upload, you can select Dashboard in the left-hand menu and locate the"My Queue" box in the lower right of the screen.  Any document(s) ready to print will appear in your queue.
