My password is not working for off-campus library access. Whom do I contact?

Answer

Your username and password for accessing online library resources is the same as your MyRSU/Blackboard login (sdfirstnamelastname do not include @student.rsu.edu). If you can successfully log into MyRSU or Blackboard but not the library, you'll need to contact ACS and have them reset your password. Once the password is reset, you'll be able to access library materials again.

  • Users who need assistance with their password can visit the Password Management link on the left-hand navigation in MyRSU.
